  Hi I am about to buy a new mower from Nowa and found the staff to be very knowledgeable and forthcoming with full details of the product. I was also happy to find that they will deliver my new mower free of charge and do so to most areas in the wide bay. Cheers.

  Only place in town that had a new head for my brush cutter. Also, the guy was able to remove the old head that nearby competitor said could not be done. Prompt, courteous and helpful.

  I found the previous negative reviews quite surprising. I've had major repairs to my ride-on mower done there and have always found the staff to be respectful, friendly and informative. The work on the mower has always been completed in the time-frame quoted and would ring if they wanted approval to fix something that was incidental to the main problem.

  i had a polaris drive belt picked up from them and it was COVERED IN MUD from the floods , they said they had flood insurance but they are reselling flooded items as new no discount , i bet POLARIS AUSTRALIA dont know about this and i bet their INSURANCE PROVIDER would love to know........also we asked for a trade in price for our 2yr old sportsman it has 90hrs on the clock , they offered $3000 ..... are they kidding how rude. i will not be buying my NEW RANGER from NOWA i promise..... i will never buy anything from them for that matter., i think i might get a HONDA

  Rang to find the cost of a drive belt for a Victa VRX 17.5/33, I told the guy on the other end that the belt was a "AA86" he asked me where I got the number from, I said off the belt on the mower, I was told that number has nothing to do with the size of the belt. Then he hung up on me. Obviously knows his stuff on belts. I'll go somewhere else and buy a double sided vee belt. Thanks for nothing.
